I make my products out of the highest quality materials I can find on the market and I am always refining my construction techniques to provide the best workmanship possible.  I guarantee my blankets and vests for 30 washing and drying.  Velcro closures must always be closed prior to washing.

Blankets should be washed in large front loaders laundromat washers in warm water and low heat dryer setting to prevent color fading and shrinkage.

The only products not washable are the stuffed animals, as I do not currently construct them from scratch.

I can not guarantee that weighted products will be helpful for all individuals, that is something your therapist needs to determine prior to purchase.

If, however, materials or my workmanship is faulty, I will pay the postage to get the product back for inspection, and if the error is on my part, I will promptly refund the purchase price, or replace the item if desired.

My goal is to have satisfied customers and for my products to meet a very high standard.

If you have any problems with my products do not hesitate to contact me by e-mail or phone.

Thank you for your continued patronage.
